ACCU-10Computerized accurate tape tension controller. Can be set on table in many ways to feed tape from top, bottom and side of machine. Besides, for convenience at each setting position, rotating direction of untangling wheel can be switched. Plus, “Clamp Style” is introduced for setting both tape feeder unit and control box on machine table, for higher mobility of the device from machine to machine, according to your production layout. Can be used along with any kinds of sewing machine used for tape attaching operation to upgrade your product quality by the efficient use of your existing resources. The device has capability to control various additional devices like tape cutter, chain cutter, thread tension release, waste suction, and automatic machine stop (in case of use with servo motor).

ACCURATE! As the device always adjust tape feeding amount to be right tension on tape while measuring actual tension, accurate finish can be obtained.
  • Voltage free! – Automatically applicable from 100V-240V. Just plug in. It’s ready to use!oltage free! – Automatically applicable from 100V-240V. Just plug in. It’s ready to use!
  • Intuitively operation control panel for various settings.
  • 8 different tensions can be set in one style, and 50 different styles can be stored and easily paged.
  • Copy-Paste of style is available for quicker setting of similar styles.
  • “Teaching mode” is available (in case of automatic process change) for practical setting of tension and process changing points.

“Seamless setting from highest to lowest tension and difference in kinds of tape, Yamato ACCU-10 makes automatically sensitivity adjustment.

Ply (joint) detector is included as standard function. The device detects ply (joint) of tape passing through rollers, then inform operator by beep sound to prevent him/her from making defective work. 7-segment process display and “count-down indicator (in case of automatic process change)” informs current process and approach of process changing point without forcing operators to turn their head.

Expandable!

The device has capability to control various additional devices like tape cutter, chain cutter, thread tension release, waste suction, and automatic machine stop (in case of use with servo motor).

  • 7-segment process display and “count-down indicator (in case of automatic process change)” informs current process and approach of process changing point without forcing operators to turn their head. Usually, garments require tape attaching have lot of curves in its cutting pattern and correct shape and size is strictly required. In this case, operator should concentrate on fabric handling while watching fabric-trimming position, for even cutting margin to achieve accurate finish in shape. However, control panel of similar devices are usually fixed on the table top in the right-hand side of operator and it forces operator to have a glance at the panel from time to time to check whether she/he is sewing with proper tape feeding amount and disturbs concentration on handling. On the other hand, Yamato ACCU-10 has independent process display (included in any model as standard accessory) to be fixed near to needle drop point to allow operator to check current process while concentrating on fabric cutting margin. Also, in case of automatic process (tension) change using stitch count, 5 (five) independent LEDs, which are set right beside the process display, light and brink as preset stitch numbers are counted, and inform operator approach of process changing point.
